Malachi 3:1-3 "Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me."
Last week, we were really happy to know and understand everything about the Advent Season. We learned that it is a season to prepare our hearts to be worthy to celebrate the birthday of Jesus. We also learned that we can do many things to be closer to God and be thankful to Him for all His blessings. |
Here are our pictures singing Rodulph the Red Nose Reindeer during the Christmas Program. We couldn't wait to sing in the presence of our parents. It was fabulous! | |
We must not forget to tell you about the amazing exotic animals we saw this week. We were so thrilled to learn many things about them! Take a look at us listening intently to the presenter. It was so fascinating!
Do you know what was so funny about the presentation? We watched Mrs. Peters scurrying away from the big python named Dante! We didn't know she was fearful of snakes! But did you know what happened at the end? Mrs. Peters conquered one of her biggest fears! She got so brave she held the snake in her arms, petted him, and smiled. We are so proud of Mrs. Peters! |
We have many more interesting things to tell you! Can you tell one fact about earthworms? We know numerous things about them! We read a really good book in Science last week. It was called the "Wonderful Worms." We made a Circle map about the earthworms to help us remember the important details and we also described them in our writing activity. Natalia and Caroline can write some great details about them. Aren't you proud of us? We really work very hard!
And lastly, we are so proud to tell you that we are really making a huge progress in literacy! We learned to decode all our CVC words and we are reading them a lot faster. Look at us working very hard in Daily 5! Yay!
